If you can't decide on how much you should masturbate (I assume you're asking for youself and not, say, a pet canary) you need to remove the source of conflict. Ask yourself what would Lorena Bobbitt do. But be careful. You could hurt yourself with a sharp knife or razor blade. Better use sandpaper or a rusty spoon.
