my friend is getting married and i am throwing her party. she specifically said, "no strippers!" i have a friend who is willing to come and strip dressed in a rubber ducky costume.

Why would you want to antagonize the bride during a time that's meant for relaxing and enjoying her friends? Especially after she specifically requested you NOT do it.
Respect your friend's request and just tell the stripper to come to the wedding reception, instead.

Instead just have him arrive totally naked and do an outrageous sexually overt dance. Technically ya can't be called a stripper if yer already naked when the music starts. -
