      As in all relationships, it's always best to be honest and open - but without making demands or ultimatums - when discussing needs and desires.
      Just tell her you'd like her better with implants.
      Or, if you think she might be sensitive about her breasts, tell her you like her breasts fine the way they are, but implants would make her waist look thinner.

    Get one of those Amazon river basin shamans to interbreed with a WNBA player. Take the offspring and have them conduct the appropriate ritual ceremony to have the human head basketball boobs installed. I'm guessing there will be a lot of drumming involved, so get some earplugs.
