The other day in a department meeting, my boss told us all that his boss a bitch, an idiot, and a few other words I didn't recognize. I would like to be considered a superior employee, so how should I incorporate this information?

COllect blackmail on both bosses, using videotaping, wiretaps, whatever you need.
Play them against each other.
If you can't get to one, remember, redheads always do the trick.
Use your skills to create a path of rising flame, with you balanced on the top.
When you achieve a level higher than these two assholes, make them your toadying bitches and demand that they rub your feet and bring you clove cigarettes.
